CBH - Propylene Glycol Alginate (PGA) is an organic derivative of alginate by esterifying the alginate. PGA has special functions in emulsifying, stabilizing, thickening and decentralizing, which allow it to be widely used in juice, beer, salad dressing, emulsified essence, acidic protein drinks, cosmetic, condiments, etc.
